Crafty Mojo!

So it would appear I have got my crafty mojo back, as well as my blogging mojo!

Here are a selection of things I have been crafting.

 I am off to a crafty workshop with Mark Gould on Saturday. So Excited!

Mars Attacks

Well I am finally blogging again! Today I am showing you a journal page I have done inspired by Sarah Jessica Parker's character (plus dog) in the film Mars Attacks.

I started by using brushos in my recycled old book journal and once dried I used memento teal, cottage ivy and black through stencils

I then added the dog, cut out from an old calendar on the right page

I then stamped out a skull from Visible image Mr Bonejangles set on white card and cut it out and stuck it on the dogs head.

I then added a phrase which came to me whilst making this page

Unfortunately this wasn't very clear to read so I decided to redo it on a brushoed page in permanent marker. I then cut it up and stuck to the page. Much happier with this.
